Under the direction of Carol James the CEO of our construction division is a team of specialists in building, with 44 years of experience and know how. Alan James our Chairman acts as consultant to the Construction Division offering his expertise and knowledge utilising his own experience.

Whether your requirements are to construct a new home of renovate the house we will assist you from initial ideas and sketches through initial drawings and architects, planning where necessary to construction completion and permissions.

Thanks once again to Carol and the team at the Experience Group for getting us out of some plumbing situations that occurred in awkward circumstances. Earlier this year, it was the replacement of a leaking hot water tank that occurred whilst we were in the UK, requiring us to mail you a key, entrusting you to liaise with the on-site concierge for access, and complete the work without our further involvement. Quite an achievement.
This time the body of our bathroom basin tap started leaking water profusely, the very day before we were due to depart for the UK, and you were able to provide a same day response and rectify the problem.
